Sep.13,2023 Wilo Group, the world’s leading supplier of water pumps and pump systems for wall hung gas boiler and other water treatment system, held a grand opening ceremony of Wille Changzhou new factory.
Mr. Zhou Chengtao, Secretary General of Changzhou Municipal People’s Government, Mr. Zhou Qing, Secretary of Changzhou New North District Party Committee, and Mr. Lucas, Deputy Consul General of German Consulate General in Shanghai Mr. Meyer, Mr. Ma Mingbo, Executive Director of German Chamber of Commerce in China Shanghai, Mr. Song Zhongkui, Secretary General of China Energy Conservation Association, Mr. Meng Qingguo, Senior Advisor of China Refrigeration Society and Chairman of the National Refrigeration Standardization Technical Committee, and other government and industry organization leaders and the management of Weller Group and China jointly attended the grand ceremony. Look back at how the company has grown with the Chinese economy and witnessed the successful production of the carbon-neutral, 30 millionth Wilo-Para family of high efficiency pumps in Changzhou and the signing of a series of strategic partnerships.
The PV system of Wilo Changzhou plant consists of 14 100KW inverters with a total installed capacity of 1.496MWp. A total of 2,720 single-crystal single-sided 550Wp PV modules have been installed, with an estimated annual PV power generation of 1.5 million KWH
Weile Changzhou Plant project land 84 acres, the total area of the park is about 58,000 square meters. The project has purchased 100 sets of precision CNC machine tools, winding machines, automated production lines, test equipment, etc., and will form an annual production capacity of 3 million high-efficiency pumps and 3.5 million motors.
The most notable of these is the WILO-PARA series of fully automated wet rotor high efficiency circulating pump production line. With the continuous optimization and iteration of air conditioning and heat pump products, Wilo’s WILO-PARA series circulating pumps provide efficient hydraulic transmission and distribution for various systems of air conditioning and heat pump, ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of the system
The event also included a press conference, a factory tour, an appreciation luncheon and an employee family day. The completion and mass production of the Changzhou plant will enable Wilo to get closer to partners and customers, and it will serve a wide range of China and surrounding markets, becoming a strategic base for Wilo China and a new bridge between China and the world
