At present, the gas wall hanging furnace is mainly connected to the radiator and the floor heating for work, the radiator and the floor heating, the use of 1-2 heating seasons after the need for maintenance, after the end of heating and heating before the start of maintenance is the best time. Heating system maintenance mainly includes two aspects, namely filter cleaning and pipeline flushing.
(I) How to determine the heating system needs cleaning?
1. If the color of the wall of the water diversity connecting pipe is yellow, rust, and black, it indicates that there are more impurities that have precipitated and attached to the inside of the pipe wall, which has affected the heating effect and needs to be cleaned.
2, the indoor temperature gradually decreases, or the heat is not uniform, this situation is usually the inner wall of the pipeline attached to a large number of dirt, then need to be cleaned in time.
3, the water flow of the floor heating pipe is less than in previous years, if the inner wall of the floor heating pipe adheres to too much dirt, it will cause local narrow heat pipe, continue to use it is easy to cause blockage in the pipe can not be used, need to be cleaned
(2) Heating system sewage flushing process
1. Open all valves of the system, open the lowest part of the drainage valve, open the sewage valve, and discharge the system sewage to the sewer.
2. Remove and wash the filter, remove and clean the filter in the system, and install the filter after the system is maintained.
3, open the tap water to the maximum flow, open the branch road by road for flushing, flushing until the cooling equipment outflow of water is clear, the temperature control valve can be closed, the same operation in turn for each branch of the corresponding cleaning.
4, after the maintenance is completed, please use a soft towel or brush to wipe the cooling equipment clean, do not use any kind of organic solution, do not use strong corrosive solution, do not use sharp and sharp items to scratch, the following sections of the pharmaceutical flushing, pulse flushing maintenance is completed, should also perform the same operation.
(3) Chemical rinse maintenance
Use chemical agents to soak and rinse, so that some of the scale and dirt in the pipeline equipment are falling off, so that the pipeline is more unimpeded. Using this way to clean the pipeline is not only effective, but also relatively safe, and is currently used more.
1. Close the drain valve and inject the cleaning agent into the system pipeline according to the instructions. It should be noted that the pipeline structure design of different equipment is different, and the method should be adjusted according to the actual situation.
2, restore the connection between the wall hanging furnace and the system, water supply to 1.0-1.5bar, and ensure that the pipeline is full of water.
3, set the maximum temperature heating running time >30 minutes for system cleaning.
4, open the sewage valve again, discharge the sewage, use tap water to clean each branch road by road, until the water flow out of the water pipe, cleaning work is completed.
5. Close the drain valve, inject the protective agent into the system pipeline, pay attention to the correct ratio of protective agent, as above.
6, restore the connection between the wall hanging furnace and the system, water supply to 1.0-1.5bar, as above.
(4) Heating system maintenance after operation inspection
1, open the use of the valve, the heat dissipation equipment connected to the vent valve, wire plug and pipe fittings on the pipe road to check, affected by thermal expansion and cold contraction, threaded connection if loose phenomenon should be tightened, so as to avoid water leakage after heating.
2, the heating system runs for about 20 minutes, check the surface temperature rise of the terminal cooling system; Check whether heat dissipation is uniform in all areas.
3, check the pipeline water flow.
